This tool is designed to read in a configuration file that contains lists of available abilities, spells, etc and allows you to create a homebrew warcaster based on that file. This could be used for things like custom leagues where each week you add more points and raise the WJP limit etc.
The configuration file should be a CSV file using tabs as the field delimiter.
